AVA Dance Company is thrilled to welcome Victoria Kalina and Natalie Kirkland for summer Pro Dance Workshops this July!
July 19 from 2P-4P: Victoria Kalina, 4X Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader
July 29 from 7:30P-9P: Natalie Kirkland, 3X San Francisco 49ers' Gold Rush Dancer
Both workshops will be held at Gold's Gym - Ballston in Arlington, VA.
Don't miss your opportunity to train with two iconic industry professionals to refine your performance quality, technique, and confidence!
Dancers can attend both workshops for $115 ($25 savings). To access the savings for both workshops, dancers can purchase the The Summer Workshop Pass on the Pricing & Policies tab of avadanceco.com or the Pricing tab on our Spaces mobile booking app. After purchasing the pass, dancers can reserve their spot in each of the individual classes like a normal drop-in class without being charged additionally. Dancers can also drop in a-la carte to individual workshops (Victoria's class is $75 and Natalie's class is $65).

Meet the Instructors!
Victoria Kalina is a former fourth year veteran of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC) and a four year member of the DCC traveling show group.
She was featured on seasons 1 and 2 of Netflix’s “America’s Sweethearts,” a documentary about the DCC as well as CMT's "Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team". While she was a DCC, she attended the Joffrey Ballet School in Texas.
Victoria recently moved to New York City to continue dance training! She started her own company, Victoria Kalina Dance, and teaches privates, dance classes and masterclasses.
Natalie Kirkland is a professional choreographer specializing in the sports entertainment industry. With a focus on pro cheer choreography, her work spans NFL and collegiate dance teams, live events, Amazon Prime productions, and international digital campaigns. She is also the founder of ProCheerLA, a bi-monthly training experience for dancers pursuing professional pro cheer training in Los Angeles.
